I Need Help!!
Remember how I won that $100 from Make1Yarns? I have a problem. I have all this money to spend and no freakin’ clue what to spend it on! I have no future projects (for myself) in mind and don’t know if the gift certificate has an expiry date on it (some do which is really dumb) … What the heck is a girl to do? Part of my problem is that their stock list has no pictures of the products and I don’t know what half the stuff looks like or knits up like. The only way to find out is to go to the manufacturers website and look from there. I’m looking for help. Is there a good ol’ standby yarn or something really great on their list that I should buy a shitload of and save for a future project once I figure something out or what? I know I’d like to knit myself a cardigan. I have no idea of a cardigan I like though. I have heard great things about Rowan Calmer, and I do like it in Coffee Bean … I wonder though what cardigan patterns there are out there at my level (intermediate) of knitting that would work with the Calmer.
